iDEAL: During the order process, you’ll be redirected to the payment platform for your bank. Follow the steps to complete your payment, which will be debited from your account straight away. After completing your payment, you’ll be taken back to the Subtel page to complete your order. If your order is received by 3:00 pm, the goods are shipped the same working day, given that the items are in stock. Otherwise, they are shipped no later than the following working day (Monday to Friday).

Advance payment: As a thank-you for your trust, you will receive 2% discount from us if you opt for a pre-transfer. Once you’ve finished ordering, you’ll see our bank details and the payment reference. We’ll also send you our bank details as part of your order confirmation. Your product(s) will be shipped once payment has been received.

PayPal: When placing your order, you will authorise your PayPal payment. Your PayPal account will only be charged after you click "Buy". If your order is received by 4:00 pm, the goods are shipped the same working day. Otherwise, they are shipped no later than the following working day (Monday to Friday).
